This film was manufactured through the process, that is ,one side of polyimide film was coated with polyesterimide adhesive and then baked at a given temperature.
This product exhibits soft, leveling, smooth, non-sticky, golden colour and semitransparent features at room temperature. But, as applied in wire lapping or other application process, after heating (by electricity) up to 230℃ (80℃ lower than FH,FHF films), keeping for 5 mimutes, the adhesive film becomes high skicky and electric insulating, water-proof, acid-proof, heat-resistant,difficult to oxidize copper conductor and etc. Its long time service temperature is up to 180℃.
When used in tapping of rectangular copper wire with the adhesive film, it features thinner insulating layer, better sealing ability and damp-resistance, higher breakdwon voltage and easy operating process.
The AC, DC motor coils as main insulating parts tapped with this adhesive film can easily be bonded together closely through thermo-pressure technology.
6-month storage time is allowed for this product. If overdue, quality test inspection is necessory for further use .
The thickness of this adhesive film is 0.037mm~0.125mm,width 8mm~500mm.
